The Business Case for Restaurants to Reduce Food Waste

On Thursday February 14, Champions 12.3 will release a new report, The Business Case for Reducing Food Loss and Waste: Restaurants. The report looks at data from 114 restaurants in 12 countries, finding significant savings for every dollar the restaurants put toward reducing their kitchen food waste. The report’s findings will be unveiled in a webinar Thursday, February 14 at 10am ET, which we’re excited will also include Friends member Pizza Hut UK.

It’s the third sector deep-dive analysis that Champions 12.3 has completed – last year we released a look at the ROI for hotels and the catering industries to reduce food waste.
