The Food Forever Initiative in close collaboration with Inkaterra Hotels and CIP is catalysing an agrobiodiversity revolution to celebrate the UN International Day for Biological Diversity. The three-day voyage will culminate with a biodiverse lunch and solutions symposium on 23rd of May featuring experts from the food and agriculture community in Latin America and beyond, including the Chefs’ Manifesto. The Symposium seeks to raise awareness of the enormous opportunities and vital importance of agrobiodiversity and aims to catalyse support for the sustainable use of agrobiodiversity in Peru and internationally.
